System introduced:
PLC system formed by Ci-PF12 build a PROFIBUS-DP fiber redundant ring network in the left hole and the right of the tunnel hole, between tunnel control station and control center are set the Ethernet communication. CK6062 build a optical self-healing ring network, two optical fiber ring network are completely independent control system, non-interference each other. Control center engineer and tunnel control station via the Ethernet module of Ethernet communication to operate the PLC data exchange. Tunnel each instrument, for example, 4-20 mA current signal of sensor output (AI/AO), switch signals (DI/DO) through the CJ - MF series of multi-channel analog switch optical multiplexer and collect data are uploaded to the left and right of the tunnel holes sub control station PLC, then access to the system. Using optical fiber as transmission medium mixed with electric cable, it effectively solved the problems of the distance and interference.
Realize functions:
Collect information of this segment detection equipment, including CO detector, visibility detector, transmittance detector, vehicle detector, etc. To collect information preprocessing, then stored in local storage unit. The local controller of tunnel processed information (CO concentration, visibility, smoke concentration, transmittance, vehicle detection, traffic signals and signs, etc.) and stored to the sub control center of tunnel monitoring server. Receiving station tunnel computer various control commands (such as control of fan start and stop, lighting switch on/off, etc.), after compare control commands, and sending commands (such as fan, lighting, lane control signs, traffic lights, horizontal hole instructions) to the next equipments.
